We handle the paperwork, too
Many Main Line municipalities, including Lower Merion, Radnor, Tredyffrin, Haverford and Upper Merion Townships, require a zoning or fence permit or review. Historic districts and HOAs can add a design review on top of that. Rules vary from town to town, so we check them for you, prepare the submissions, and keep your project moving. Before any digging, we submit the PA One Call (811) utility locate request at least three business days ahead, as state law requires. You don’t need to call it in yourself. Our 811 FAQ explains the process.

What working with us looks like
Most customers meet Andrew Taylor, our General Manager, for the walkthrough. He’ll measure, talk through materials and gate placement, point out anything that could complicate the job (slopes, roots, property-line questions), and follow up with a written estimate. Customers often tell us they never felt rushed to make a decision.
Once you approve the plan and permits are in hand, most residential installs take about a day or two on site after materials arrive. Weather can shift the schedule, and we’ll keep you posted if it does. When we’re done, we clean up and haul away debris, including an old fence if we’re replacing one.

Replacing an old fence?
If your current fence is leaning, rotting or missing boards, it may be worth a repair rather than a full replacement. We’ll give you a straight answer either way. When replacement makes sense, we remove and haul away the old fence as part of the job.
