Mike Mercado

Andrew Taylor, General Manager

Customers often mention how Andrew explains the process and pays attention to details. Away from work, he’s a dad who spends a lot of time at his kids’ games, and he enjoys pickleball.
Mike Mercado, Operations Manager
Mike keeps our operations running smoothly. He also serves as Chief Operations Officer for 76 FENCE Corporate, so he brings a wide view of how the best fence teams work. Before 76 FENCE, he led operations and training for Auntie Anne’s and Soccer Shots.
Mike is a proud dad and a dog dad to a Cane Corso and a Frenchie, which gives him a real appreciation for a fence that keeps pets safe. He golfs when he can and follows Philly sports closely. Go Birds.
Frank Markward, Project Manager
Frank has more than 15 years of experience leading franchise and company-owned operations, including a long run with Focus Brands. At 76 FENCE Main Line, he manages schedules, coordinates crews and holds every job to our standards, so your installation day goes the way it was planned.
Off the clock, Frank enjoys the pool and time with his son.
Dolly Morrison, Operations Support Coordinator
Dolly brings more than 20 years of experience in franchise development, hospitality and operations. She supports the whole team behind the scenes, helping keep communication clear and projects organized from first call to final walkthrough.
