The Main Line crosses county and township lines constantly. A single ZIP code can include parts of two or three municipalities, and each one has its own permit and zoning process. That’s a big part of why homeowners call us: we figure out which municipality your address falls in, check the rules, and handle the paperwork before a single post goes in.
Montgomery County communities
Our Montgomery County work centers on Lower Merion Township and its neighbors. In Bala Cynwyd, Gladwyne and Ardmore, we see everything from stone colonials and Tudors under mature trees to twins and singles on tight lots. Narberth is its own walkable borough with porches and compact yards, where a well-proportioned picket or low aluminum fence often makes the most sense. Farther west, King of Prussia in Upper Merion Township mixes residential neighborhoods with commercial and business-park properties, so we install both backyard privacy fences and commercial perimeter fencing there.
Delaware County communities
On the Delaware County side we work throughout Radnor and Haverford Townships and beyond. Radnor and Villanova are known for stone estates and large wooded lots, where black aluminum or ornamental steel keeps sightlines open. Haverford and Bryn Mawr straddle the county line and carry plenty of historic homes. Newtown Square brings larger lots and newer developments, many with HOAs that review fence plans before anything is built.
Chester County communities
Heading west, our Chester County service area includes Berwyn, Devon and Paoli in Tredyffrin, Easttown and Willistown Townships, plus Malvern and West Chester. Lots tend to get bigger out here: split rail and farm-style fencing suit the equestrian heritage around Devon, while West Chester’s brick rowhomes and suburban developments call for a very different approach. Wayne actually reaches into Delaware, Chester and Montgomery Counties, so it’s a good example of why we always confirm the municipality first.
